Karaoke Circus' bass player is multi-award winning writer and stand-up Danielle Ward who you may have seen on some telly programmes or heard on the wireless (Newswipe with Charlie Brooker, Mock the Week, The News Quiz). When not showing off for money, Ward is also the bass player in Cardiff based indie-pop band The Loves who have performed in New York with The White Stripes, supported The Yeah Yeah Yeahs and notched up 4 Peel sessions between 2002 and 2004*. Their second LP Technicolor was album of the week in The Sunday Times and they are much loved by The Cribs, though most other people disagree with that. Losers.
